Where our reviews come from
Reviews displayed on this website are sourced from our Google Business Profile or supplied directly by genuine customers. The Google rating and review count shown (5.0 stars, 21 reviews) reflect our Google profile and can change over time as new reviews are posted.
What we do and don't do
- We do not buy reviews.
- We do not commission fake reviews.
- We do not rewrite reviews in a way that alters their meaning.
- Minor spelling or punctuation corrections may be made.
- If we ever offer an incentive for a review, that review will be clearly disclosed as incentivised.
- Negative reviews are not excluded from our overall Google rating. The rating is calculated by Google, not by us.
- We may report reviews we suspect are fake to the platform.
Verification
This website does not operate an independent review-verification system, and we do not claim that reviews are independently verified by us. Reviews hosted on Google are subject to Google's own terms and moderation.
Third-party platforms
Review platforms such as Google have their own terms of use and policies, which apply to content on those platforms.
